Nicole M.J. Tilson, founder of RE/MAX Diamond Group a licensed Real Estate Investment brokerage Firm in Fort Lauderdale has served as President since its inception in 1997. Ms. Tilson, is fluent in English and French, has been active in mortgage financing, acquisition and disposition of commercial and residential real estate properties and businesses since 1986. In 1989, she established Ruby Mortgage Group, Inc. a Licensed Mortgage Brokerage Business in Fort Lauderdale providing business, commercial and residential real estate mortgage financing and advisory services. Ms. Tilson is licensed in the State of Florida as both a Mortgage Broker and a Real Estate Broker. She is a Member of the CCIM Institute an affiliate of the National  Association of Realtors and earned the prestigious Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation in1995.

She also provides professional consulting services in such complementary fields as business valuation, marketing research, credit analysis, taxation, probate, government loan guaranty and immigration to her local and international clientele. Ms. Tilson provides real estate and business management services, due diligence investigations, and negotiates on behalf of Clients/Investors in closing real estate and business transactions.

Ms. Tilson is an active participant in the Florida CCIM Chapter, the National Association of Realtors, the Florida Association of Realtors and the Society of Commercial Realtors of Fort Lauderdale, Broward County, Florida. Ms. Tilson, received a certificate in  Accounting with "Ecole des Hautes Etudes Commerciales" from the University of Montreal, Montreal Quebec, Canada in 1983.
